Pin Up Tarot - Two of Wands

Pin Ups and Tarot. Why wouldn't those two things work together? I have been envisioning these ladies of the occult for awhile. I can finally share with you what I've done so far... one suit of four. There are Wands, Cups, Swords and Pentacles. I've completed the Wands one through nine, the Page, Knight, Queen and King. The King is the foxy red head with the lion. The Queen is the softer blonde in blue with a tiger.

Besides the other suits, there is yet another set of cards that I still need to create. These are the ones people most associate with: the hanged man; fool; magician; death; sun; moon; world and on and on. My spin on the Tarot is a Vintage Pin Up theme in a graphic novel style.

The depth to Tarot is the relationship of the symbols to the suits. Those combination are what create the reading. For this project, it was challenging to not only understand the combinations, but then also turn around and offer the Pin Up Doll theme with the same symbolism.

I got the Two of Wands today while randomly selecting one of these 13 graphic images to be promoted at my Zazzle Store. Wands emote passion and drive and fire and courage.

When you draw the Two of Wands from a tarot deck like I did today - albeit a Digital Tarot deck consisting of only Wands - you can be prepared to take advantage of a time of leadership. Remember, the wands are symbolic of passion and in this card, the two wands are facing the world. You can be confident that your insights are clear and concise.

What do you think? Does Rozine's Two of Wand from the Pin-Up Tarot digital deck give the impression of Leadership, Courage, Passion and insight? Does the traditional European Card provoke those feelings?
