Scrumptious Salad

Wow! Talk about fresh and light! Good for you and full of tastes, too. If you're fortunate enough to buy your produce from a farmer's market or Trader Joe's - I highly recommend doing so. The portions are small but with the variety used, this salad tends to get rather large. Very filling! Add grilled boneless skinless chicken breast if you're looking for some protein.

FRESH SPINACH LEAVES
SLICED MUSHROOMS
GRAPE TOMATOES
FRESH PEACH - SLICED THINLY
FRESH STRAWBERRIES - SLICED
PINEAPPLE CHUNKS
WALNUT CHUNKS AND PIECES
SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE - CUBED
AVOCADO - SLICED
BROCCOLI COLE SLAW

Magically Delicious! Seriously Scrumptious! and your body will love all the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, too. Cannot go wrong!
